When you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. You can also add a company name. We use this information to read your enquiry, reply and discuss the work you have asked about. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
The form sends your message through our Cloudflare Pages server function and Resend to [email protected]. Resend processes the message and delivery information to send it. Your email address becomes the reply-to address so we can respond directly. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. It processes security signals, but does not read your form entries. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship or record-keeping obligations.
We handle enquiries to respond to the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and to manage our legitimate interest in business correspondence. We use security checks to protect the form and website from abuse.
When you browse
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process technical request and security information needed to deliver it. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand broad patterns of website use and improve the experience. Clarity is configured with analytics and advertising cookie storage denied, so it runs in its limited cookieless mode. Form fields are masked from Clarity. This does not mean no usage data is processed.
Who handles the data
Our website and enquiry service use Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft. Their services may involve processing outside Bulgaria or the European Economic Area under their respective data-protection arrangements.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, ask us to restrict its use, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where it applies, you can also ask for a portable copy. Email [email protected] with your request.
You can raise a data-protection concern with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
