01 / Inside the review
Four questions.
A more useful website.
Explore the areas we review. Each example shows how an observation becomes a practical recommendation.
Can people understand the offer?
We review who each page is for, what it promises and whether the explanation helps that reader make a decision.
Make everypage count.
Example review note
- What we notice
- The service page describes the process before explaining who it helps or what the client receives.
- What we recommend
- Lead with the audience, the problem and the deliverable. Move the detailed process further down the page.
- Why it matters
- Visitors can assess whether the service fits their needs.
Does the page answer a real question?
We look at topic coverage, headings, page titles and internal links. Available search data can add context to the review.
Make everypage count.
Example review note
- What we notice
- Two articles answer the same question, while the main service page has no links from either one.
- What we recommend
- Give each article a distinct purpose, or combine overlapping material. Connect useful answers to the relevant service.
- Why it matters
- A clearer path from discovering an answer to exploring the offer.
Is there enough evidence to believe it?
We check whether claims, sources, authorship and examples give readers a sound basis for assessing your expertise.
Make everypage count.
Example review note
- What we notice
- A page promises better results but provides no example, source or explanation of the work behind them.
- What we recommend
- Add a relevant case study, explain the method and identify the person responsible for the advice.
- Why it matters
- Readers have evidence they can assess before making contact.
Is the next action clear?
We follow the journey from reading a page to making an enquiry, checking the wording, context and information requested.
Make everypage count.
Example review note
- What we notice
- Every button says “Learn more”, and the enquiry form asks visitors to choose a service they have not yet understood.
- What we recommend
- Give each action a specific label. Explain the next step and carry the selected service into the enquiry.
- Why it matters
- Less uncertainty between interest and a useful conversation.

A little context is enough to get started.
Before you start
A few useful details.
Which pages will you review?
Up to 10 key pages on one website. We agree the selection around your goals, usually a mix of the homepage, service pages and articles that matter to your customer journey.
Do I need analytics or Search Console?
You can start with your public website. If you have relevant search or analytics data, we can use it to add context. We agree what is useful before asking for access.
Will you rewrite or rebuild the pages?
The audit provides findings and recommendations. Copywriting, design and development are quoted separately if you want help implementing the plan.
Is this a full technical SEO audit?
The focus is your content and the paths it creates for visitors. It includes visible search fundamentals, but a full technical crawl, backlink analysis or development audit would need a separate scope.
What happens after I send a request?
We review your website and goals, then confirm the page selection, timing and payment arrangements with you. The form sends an enquiry; it does not take payment.
